RESPONSIBLE TO: Directors

KEY COMMUNICATORS: Directors

SCOPE AND GENERAL JOB PURPOSE:

• To support the Directors in delivering the Company’s business plans.
  
  
• To be responsible for managing the customer databases and booking/CRM systems for  the Company.
  
  
• Be responsible for event sales.
  
  
• To manage membership sales and administration
  
  
• To manage the company’s website(s) – www.businessliveuk.com
  
  
• To manage all aspects of the Company’s ‘third party’ marketing systems, including: -Email marketing
  -Telesales
  
  
• To assist with the production of marketing literature for the Company. To have a flair for design, and is adept at using Photoshop CS3.
