Did you know that Bistro L!VE is also available for private functions, corporate events and exclusive company Christmas parties. We accept private functions from Sunday through to Thursday, both daytimes and evenings from as little as 100 people. We also accept private functions on a Friday or a Saturday from 200 people. We will cater to your individual needs, from a finger buffet through to a four course meal, from a live band chosen by you, to a private comedy night - whether it's a special birthday, or corporate night out, the choice is completely yours! The Menu... We have over 10 years of experience within the catering business. We can design a menu completely around your taste and budget. From a simple buffet to a stunning 5 course banquet. We are sure you will be astounded with the quality and choice we can provide. We have catered for many corporate events and bring with us the knowledge and skill needed to ensure the right menu is chosen for your event. The Entertainment... We can provide a plethora of entertainment, specifically chosen to fit your event. Nothing is unattainable, so if you have something in mind - we can make it happen. The kind of entertainment that we have used previously varies from cover bands, themed bands, tribute acts, jugglers, costume theme walkers, Chinese dragon acts, quiz masters, comedians and much more! The best way to end any evening event is with a DJ and disco that will really finish the night off for your party.
The Theme... Many of our private Christmas parties previously have chosen a theme for their evening. So far we have had School nights, a hoedown, carnival, 999 night and many more. We can dress the room in the theme you want and have some great deals with local suppliers of costumes and can ensure the theme you choose will be carried through the whole night. The Packages... You can consider us a one stop shop for your event. Over the years we have cemented amazing working relationships with some great hotel chains. Most commonly used hotel are the The Hilton, The Jurys Inn and the Ramada chain. We have excellent rates and will sort your accommodation needs out for you. We will co-ordinate the arrangements so you can sit back, relax and let us do the organising for you. The Drinks... Many companies require a drinks package which can be sorted for you. You are more then welcome to pre order some drinks which will be chilled and set on your table just before you arrive. You can also organise a bar tab, with a set amount, and let us know how many drinks you would like to get your party started. A favourite with corporate Christmas and private parties is the voucher system. You can pre define the value of each voucher - we will make theme and even issue them for you.
