We are now recruiting for fun, energetic and passionate people to work on the busy restaurant floor. Job Specification:- ♦ To assist the General Manager in delivering a consistently high quality food and beverage service as part of the Bistro L!VE experience. ♦ To have appropriate product knowledge in relation to all food and drink menu items. ♦ To host customer parties, take, deliver and clear table orders, prepare and settle customer bills including input of data into till systems and respective cash handling.
♦ To prepare drinks for service to customers as per Bistro L!VE standards.
♦ To ensure the highest standards of personal presentation are maintained at all times. ♦ To support the Company in adopting a culture that ensures consistent excellence in customer service. ♦ To undertake any other reasonable duties as may be directed from time to time by management.
