Leek & Potato Soup  

A smooth creamy soup with leeks, onions, garlic and potatoes, cooked gently in vegetable stock and topped with shredded fried leeks, chopped parsley and mini parmentier potatoes

 

Melon & Winter Berry Tower

A trio of seasonal melon and grapes, set in a forest fruit flavoured tower, topped with winter berries and coulis

 

Tomato & Mozzarella Arancini 

Succulent sun-dried tomato infused risotto balls with gooey mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbed and deep fried until crisp. Served with a tomato and basil sauce and fresh leaves

 

Chipotle Pulled Pork Tortilla

Juicy slow-roasted pulled pork marinated with spicy chipotle sauce and topped with tomato salsa, coriander and pickled red cabbage. Served on a crunchy fried tortilla

 

Mini Fish 'n' Chips

Mini fish in golden beer batter served with double-cooked chunky chips, fresh mushy peas and tomato ketchup

Golden short crust pastry case brimming with succulent chunky chicken, smoked bacon and leeks, topped with piped wholegrain mustard mash and served with seasonal greens, roasties and gravy

 

Butternut Squash & Lentil Tagine

A delicious combination of diced butternut, cauliflower, lentils and spinach cooked in a harissa spiced tomato tagine style sauce with sweet potato wedges and peppery rocket

 

Pork Tenderloin

Roasted pork tenderloin fillet served with fluffy mash, steamed greens and luxurious cider infused gravy. Topped with a shard of crunchy crackling

 

Three Cheese Penne

Penne pasta and wilted rocket, tossed through a creamy white wine, mature cheddar, Red Leicester and blue cheese sauce. Drizzled with sun-dried tomato crush

 

Salmon & Pollack Filo Parcel

Flakes of gently poached Scottish salmon, Alaskan pollack and béchamel sauce wrapped in filo pastry, oven roasted, and served with vibrant watercress sauce, parmentier potatoes and winter vegetables
