JOB SPECIFICATION
· To assist the General Manager in delivering a consistently high quality food and beverage service as part of the Bistro L!VE Ltd experience.
· To assist in the determination of high quality and efficient food and beverage service standards appropriate, to the Bistro L!VE Ltd experience.
· To assist in such training as is required to operate safe and efficient food and beverage service of consistently high quality and agreed Bistro L!VE Ltd standards.
· To host customer parties, take, deliver and clear table orders, prepare and settle customer bills including input of data into till systems and respective cash handling.
· To assist in the compliance of all relevant legislative requirements relating to the business including food hygiene, health and safety, licensing, and weights and measures.
· To ensure the highest standards of staff and restaurant presentation are achieved and maintained.
· To assist in ensuring the Front of House is adequately staffed in General Manager’s absence.
· To assist General Manager in implementing schedules such as cleaning rotas, break lists, opening and closing procedures etc, in order to maintain a smooth and efficient working environment.
· To be available as first point of call for Food & Beverage assistants.
· To take responsibility for such matters that can be dealt with personally without involving General Manager.
· To assist General Manager and Directors in assessing Food & Beverage assistants work standards and efficiency.
· To lead by example, encouraging all team members to participate and work together.
· To provide all senior management with appropriate feedback.
· To support the Company in adopting a culture that ensures consistent excellence in customer service.
