Pork En Croute - Slow cooked pork shoulder with wild mushrooms and spinach encased in crispy puff pastry and served with creamy apple mashed potato and curly kale.
Pappardelle Marinara - Roasted cherry tomatoes, red peppers and spinach bound together with pappardelle pasta and a classic marinara sauce, finished with basil oil and micro leaf salad.

White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake - White chocolate cheesecake with a raspberry yolk served with glazed raspberries, caramelised white chocolate and raspberry sorbet.
