Country Vegetable Soup
Hearty fresh country vegetable soup with carrots and broccoli served with crusty garlic and herb croutons
Crispy fried strips of chicken glazed in sweet chilli and sticky plum sauce, served on a crunchy Chinese pancake, with strips of spring onion, cucumber and red chilli
Cajun Mozzarella Fingers and Chutney
Gooey mozzarella fingers coated in cajun infused panko breadcrumbs with a cherry tomato, red onion and sweet pepper chutney
Medley of fanned melon and forest fruit compôte laced with sticky peach schnapps and cranberry syrup
Tomato and Chorizo Risotto
Italian arborio rice simmered gently in a white wine and vegetable stock with sun-dried tomatoes. Topped with diced roasted chorizo, watercress and a light basil herb oil

The Fish Dish
A combination of poached salmon, smoked haddock and juicy prawns bound in a creamy béchamel sauce and topped with gratinated mashed potato. Served with a cream herb sauce, steamed vegetables and mini roasties
Hand prepared giant tikka style samosa with spinach, sweet potato, cauliflower and lentils. Served with a tomato, coriander and chilli sauce with Bombay potatoes and salad leaves
Chicken En Croute, Roasties & Veg
Golden puff pastry filled with tender chunks of chicken breast, steamed leeks, wholegrain mustard, cream sauce and topped with stilton. Served with crisp 'roasties', fresh vegetables and a rich gravy
Tender chunks of braised beef, sweet onions and juicy cup mushrooms cooked gently in a classic full-bodied red wine sauce. Served with sautéed gammon lardons, roast potatoes and steamed vegetables
Three Cheese Penne
Fresh tubes of penne pasta and wilted rocket, tossed through a creamy white wine, mature cheddar, Red Leicester and blue cheese sauce. Topped with crispy smoked bacon strips and sun-dried tomato crush

We don't give you just one dessert, or just two desserts - we will blow you away with three! Our famous trio finishes off your meal nicely and is normally our most photographed dish.
