Luxurious Italian arborio rice, simmered gently in a white wine and mushroom-infused stock, with crispy proscuitto crumb and pan-seared mushrooms. Garnished with fresh pea shoots and a drizzle of herb oil

Golden breaded mac 'n' cheese bites, crafted with a blend of three cheeses and smoky paprika. Drizzled with a sweet tomato and chorizo salsa and garnished with delicate mini leaves

 

Boozy Fruit Salad

A medley of fanned melon and summer berries drizzled with a sweet cranberry and peach schnapps syrup. Crowned with zingy raspberry sorbet and fresh mint leaves

 

Thai Fishcakes

A perfect combo of flaky salmon and pollock bound with potato and Thai spices, pan-fried and served with a medium-spiced, coconut-infused green curry sauce, topped with crispy rice noodles 

 

Brie, Bacon & Chilli Jam Bruschetta

Soft, Italian bread, generously topped with juicy plump tomatoes, creamy brie, sweet chilli jam, and a shard of smoked streaky bacon. Finished with micro leaves and a drizzle of basil oil

Main Courses

Vegetable Croquettes

Crispy vegetable croquettes, stuffed with a medley of fresh vegetables including carrot, sweetcorn, broccoli, red peppers, sweet potato, and peas. Served with a creamy three-cheese sauce and steamed greens

Fried strips of chicken breast, marinated in aromatic oriental five spices and coated in a sticky plum and sweet chilli glaze. Served with fragrant rice and a vibrant beansprout and pepper stir-fry

Ground beef and penne pasta, oven-baked in a rich tomato and basil bolognese sauce and topped with mature cheddar. Served with peppery rocket, rich tomato ragu, and homemade garlic bread.

 

Pan-fried Lemon & Garlic Basa

Basa fillet coated in a garlic and herb breadcrumb, served on a bed of wilted greens and zesty lemon scented mashed potato, with a white wine and cream sauce

 

Lamb Samosa

Hand-crafted giant samosa, brimming with minced lamb, sweet potato, spinach, lentils, and peas in a tangy tikka sauce. Paired with a chunky tomato, cauliflower, chickpea, and potato curry-style sauce with dressed rocket

Apple & Blueberry Crumble
