A smooth and hearty homemade cauliflower soup with mature cheddar cheese. Topped with deep fried cauliflower florets and crusty bread.
Smoked Haddock & Spinach Tartlet
A combination of smoky haddock and wilted spinach, baked in golden shortcrust pastry. Served with a creamy watercress sauce and fresh micro leaves.
Beetroot & Sweet Potato Falafel
Beetroot and sweet potato bound together with chickpeas and coriander, slow-roasted and served with a sweet chilli hummus, pickled red cabbage and micro leaves.
Sweet & Sour Chicken
Crispy chicken strips glazed in a chunky sweet and sour sauce, served on a crunchy Chinese pancake with chopped spring onion and red pepper.
Sun-Dried Tomato, Basil & Pancetta Risotto
Italian arborio rice simmered gently in wine-infused stock and served with juicy sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. Topped with crispy pancetta shard and drizzled with a light herb oil.

"Naked" Thai Fishcakes
Flaky salmon, pollack and red chilli bound with potato and Thai spices, pan-fried and served "naked" with oriental stir-fried vegetables, and a light green curry sauce.
Chicken Stew & Dumplings
Tender chunks of chicken breast, winter vegetables and new potatoes, gently braised in a luxurious red wine gravy. Served with wilted greens and herby dumplings.
Vegetable Samosa
Hand prepared vegetable tikka style samosa with sweet potato, spinach, lentils and peas. Served with a chunky tomato, cauliflower, chickpea and spiced potato curry style sauce.
Beef Bolognese Tower
Ground beef and penne pasta, oven-baked in a rich tomato and basil bolognese sauce. Served with peppery rocket, cheddar cheese sauce and homemade garlic bread.
Sausages & Mash
Award winning char-grilled Cumberland sausages with lashings of rich onion gravy. Served with buttery mashed potatoes, seasonal greens and crispy fried leek ribbons.
