Pulled Pork Mini Roast 

A crispy Yorkshire pudding brimming with sage & onion stuffing, juicy pulled pork and homemade chunky apple sauce. Topped with a shard of salty crackling and rich gravy.

 

Cheese & Pickle Tartlet

A combination of mature cheddar cheese and sweet onion pickle, baked in golden shortcrust pastry. Served with a light cheese & chive sauce and fresh micro leaves.

 

Melon & Sorbet


A refreshing medley of fanned melon and summer fruits with a swirl of passion fruit coulis. Topped with a quenelle of zingy raspberry sorbet.

 

Sticky Chicken

Crispy chicken strips glazed in sweet chilli and sticky plum sauce served on a crunchy Chinese pancake with chopped spring onion, cucumber and red chilli

 

Mushroom, Spinach & Pancetta Risotto

Italian arborio rice simmered gently in wine infused stock and served with sautéed mushrooms, baby spinach, topped with crispy pancetta and drizzled with a light herb oil.

Smoked Haddock Fishcakes

Flaky smoked haddock and spring onion bound with potato and herbs, pan-fried and served "naked" with seasonal wilted greens, parmentier potatoes and a creamy pea and dill sauce.

 

Chicken, Leek & Gammon En Croute

Golden puff pastry filled with tender chunks of chicken breast, steamed leeks and braised gammon in a luxurious cream sauce. Served with crisp 'roasties', fresh vegetables and a rich gravy

 

Three-Cheese Broccoli & Cauliflower Filo

A delightful three-cheese, broccoli and cauliflower bake encased in a light and crispy filo basket. Served with crushed new potatoes, cheese & chive sauce and peppery rocket leaves.

 

Bacon, Tomato & Red Pepper Penne

 

Steamed penne pasta, tossed through a Mediterranean-style tomato and red pepper sauce. Finished with a sprinkling of smokey bacon lardons and red chilli crumb.

 

Lamb Samosa

Hand prepared lamb tikka style samosa with minced lamb, spinach, sweet potato and lentils served with a chunky tomato, cauliflower, spiced potato sauce with coriander and chilli.
